The nine main wine growing regions of France on a colourful map with on one side a road map of the country indicating areas presented on the reverse with detailed information on the various appellations, plus a table indicating best vintages.

On one side is a general road map of the country at 1:1,530,000 showing the road network (please note: not recommended for driving!) and indicating the 10 areas presented on the reverse with information about regions. A table shows the classification from excellent to not so good for selected years from 1955 to 2005.

On the reverse the ten regions are presented in detail with names of individual wine growing areas indicating their official classification:
