This pocket-sized series is intended for hikers and hill-walkers above all, but all the suggested routes are classified by difficulty and time schedules so as to be accessible to light-walkers as well (Green for easy routes, Blue for medium ones, and Red for difficult routes).

Each book contains about 40 to 50 suggested tours, with descriptions, maps illustrating the routes, altitude profiles, and complemented by small photographs in most cases.

Each book also contains some practical information, basic characteristics of natural and geographical setting of the area in question (including weather info), and a map of the region indicating the location of the individual tours.

Natural landmarks and special points of interests are also highlighted and described, with other suggested trips, and an index of the most important hiking points.
