Long-distance, waymarked route along the Ebro, from its source in the Cantabrian mountains to the Mediterranean, on detailed topographic maps with UTM coordinates and a 239-page Spanish language guide.

The whole route is shown in 47 separate sections on handy size (45x25cm) detailed topographic maps at 1:40,000 with cartography from the Spanish civilian survey organization. The maps have contours at 20m intervals with altitude colouring and show the network of local roads, country tracks and footpaths. In addition to highlighting the course of the GR99 the maps also indicate numerous places of interest, including local churches, viewpoints, etc. Each map has a 1km UTM grid. Map legend is in Spanish only.

A separate 239-page guide, in Spanish only, provides detailed descriptions and route profiles for all the stages. A list of all the villages along the route shows by simple, easily understood symbols what facilities can be found there: hotels, campsites and other accommodation, eateries and food shops, public transport, medical facilities, etc.

The guide is beautifully illustrated with colour photos of the area and examples of its fauna and flora.
