Detailed topographic map of the Koh-e Pamir massif and the Wakhan Valley in the Hindu Kush panhandle of Afghanistan, compiled in 1975 by Exploration Pamir 75 of the Austrian Scientific Research Program.

Topography is shown by contours at 40m intervals, relief shading and spot heights, with rivers and streams, lakes and irrigation canals. Colouring and graphics indicate different types of vegetation (trees or shrubbery, fields and pastures, etc.) and soil cover (rocky outcrops, scree and boulders, crevasses and ice walls, etc.). In the Wakhan Valley the map shows tracks, footpaths and individual buildings. Latitude and longitude margin ticks are at 5' intervals. Map legend and all other information are in English and German.
