Railway lines are shown with stations; local airports and ferry connections are marked.

The map highlights various places worth visiting, both picturesque towns or villages and natural sites such as national parks, mountains, etc. Symbols mark other places of interest. The map has no geographical coordinates. Multilingual map legend includes English. The index, in separate booklet attached to the map cover, lists towns and villages with their postcodes and provides information on traffic regulations and emergency numbers. Also included on the map are street plans of central Ljubljana, Zagreb and Rijeka.
