The main map shows the country with the northern part on a separate inset, and presents its network of roads and tracks, marking locations of petrol supplies and borders crossings (annotated with opening hours). Numerous GPS waypoints are provided for larger settlements. The map also shows the railway line across the eastern part of the country, local airfields, and internal administrative boundaries with names of the provinces. National parks and game reverses are prominently highlighted, indicating entrance gates. The map has margin ticks for latitude and longitude at 1º intervals and an index of localities.

On the reverse are six enlargements of the country’s most visited areas: the Okavango Delta, Chobe National Park, Moremi Wildlife Reserve, Makgadikgadi and Nxai Pans National Parks, Central Kalahari and Khutse Game Reverses, and Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. The maps show more tracks across these areas, as well as locations of campsites, lodges and other accommodation. Each map is accompanied by a panel with information on opening hours, contact addresses, useful tips, etc.
