Ukraine Road Atlas at 1:250,000 from Kartografija Kiev in an A4 spiral-bound format, with an English language map legend, an extensive index, 70 street plans of the country’s main cities, plus a distance table. All place names are in Cyrillic alphabet only.

Road network in shown in great detail, including small country lanes and field or forest tracks. Driving distances are shown on main and secondary routes, locations of traffic patrol service points, petrol stations and car repair workshops are marked. Railways are shown with stations and, where appropriate, ferry routes are included.

Picturesque town and villages are highlighted and symbols mark various facilities and places of interest including tourist accommodation and campsites. The maps also show the country’s administrative divisions.

Topography is indicated by spot heights, with colouring and/or graphics for forest, vineyards, swamps and marches, etc. The maps have latitude lines at intervals of 10’, with longitude at 15’ and the atlas has an extensive, 61-page index.

Also included are street plans covering 70 towns at scales between 1:70,000 and 1:20,000. The plans highlight main traffic arteries and show locations of car parks and petrol stations. Other symbols indicate various facilities and places of interest.

Map legends for both sections of the atlas include English.
