Taipei on a laminated, tear-resistant Insight Flexi Map, with a street plan of its central districts and a map of Taiwan, both indexed and highlighting various sights and places of interest, plus extensive tourist information.

On one side is a street plan at 1:17,500 of Taipei’s central districts. Coverage extends from the city’s domestic airport and Fine Arts Museum in the north to beyond the University complex in the south and the Taipei World Trade Centre in the east. Metro lines with stations are clearly marked. Main public buildings, places of interest and selected hotels are prominently highlighted and named. The plan is indexed for streets, districts, parks, hotels, shopping, embassies, public buildings and points of interest. Also provided is a diagram of the metro network.

All place names on the plan are shown only transliterated into Latin alphabet. The metro diagram includes station names in Chinese characters.

On the reverse is a map of Taiwan at 1:950,000 showing its road and rail networks, including selected local roads, with driving distances on main routes. The map highlights various places of interest and is indexed.

A special feature of the Insight Flexi series are panels with additional tourist information:
