      View and print planning application maps with our simple, step-by-step service. Registration is instantaneous and incurs a small admin charge of £1.50 + vat. Map prices start from just £9.75 + vat and we offer a full range of scales (1:2500/ 1:1250/ 1:500/ 1:200).

      • One of only 4 suppliers to receive Planning Portal accreditation, we are also unique in having been awarded Ordnance Survey's Outstanding Achievement Award for the past 3 years running. Our National Service Centre offers free telephone support between monday to friday 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m; the team are all fully trained in map production and provide outstanding support, especially for new users unfamiliar with this type of process.

      The planning maps are available in monochrome or full colour and as a pdf, word doc or tiff. Please note that the tiff option is a much larger file than the others and should only be used by those who require interoperability in software packages such as Photoshop. Please also note that the word doc is the only format that allows customers to edit the address box information and the logos (for use by those organisations wishing to add their own logo by way of branding). All maps are supplied under Ordnance Survey's IBU (Internal Business Use) Licence. After the year passes the map file must be deleted from all systems and any further copying is strictly prohibited unless you have a valid OS Paper Map Copying Licence. All OS maps/ plans purchased from both our Service Centre and our Stanfords Portal online tool are current and in copyright.
