At this stage we have decided to offer 5 quite different reports in order to cater for those customers who want a brief, inexpensive summary as well as those who want a full and detailed analysis. The reports can be used independently or as part of a broader report for planning or insurance:

This report offers access to flood consultants and clear signposting of a property’s flood risk and insurability verdict- offering genuine value, protection and assistance to the consumer.
Based on superior unparalleled data, which has risk ranked individual properties rather then the postcode, this report evaluates the risk assessment for river and coastal flooding. The risk is displayed using a flood table, which is colour coded, for clear signposting of the property’s flood risk.
