      As one of Ordnance Survey's Mapping and Data Centres (MDCs) Stanfords are now able to supply PMCL direct to customers. This means that customers will receive the licence quickly and in the knowledge that the licence period will be automatically managed on their behalf; all customers will recieve notification prior to the renewal date at no extra cost.

      Paper maps are defined as ‘mapping or aerial photography in paper form (single sheet or within a publication) or a paper equivalent medium and the licence covers the following:

      • Copies of maps made in either electronic or paper format can be used in professional or commercial services.
      • Copies made can be used in promotional materials, such as brochures and web pages.
