In order to ensure the best service we now offer a comprehensive National Service Centre in Manchester for those customers wishing to take advantage of our new Mapping Hotline. Simply telephone, fax or email us on the contacts above and we will process your order on the same day.

The Service Centre is managed by Paul Myers and he and his team also offer a full customer support service that includes the following:

• product information and guidance.
• telephone training sessions for our online services such as Stanfords Portal and Stanfords GIS.
• invoice/ payment/ refund queries.
• arranging National Accounts for those customers with multiple offices or a large mapping/ data requirement.
• arranging on-site demonstrations from our training team (at the customer's own premises).
• providing product samples.

For the standard planning application map products you will find samples available on the relevant product page but for larger files such as the UKMap dxf/ dwg multi-layer exports please either telephone or email our Service Centre on the contacts above.
