      TIDEE: Title Deeds Health Check

      In partnership with Wright Hassall, one of the UK's most established solicitors practice, we have developed a unique, easy to use, web-based asset management service for the Social Housing Community. It is entirely hosted and managed by us and is designed, primarily, to tidy up all issues relating to land ownership.

       

      What is TIDEE?

      Using Stanfords GIS at its core, TIDEE offers:

      • A Title healthcheck.
      • Database of title information.
      • Basis for future housekeeping.
      • Housing management tool.
      • Title ownership information on plans.
      • Browse facility for every member of staff.
      • Facility to assist quick access to information and plans for Contracts, Deeds etc.

      How does it work?

      In essence we do everything for you; Wright Hassall complete the legal elements and Stanfords support the technology to deliver the service. The simple set-up process is as follows:

      • Obtain rent roll from RSL.
      • Obtain list of title numbers from Land Registry in name of RSL.
      • Obtain Office Copies (from Land Registry or RSL).
      • Check titles against Rent Roll and amend to append details.
      • Batch titles with other documents.
      • Prepare title layers.
      • Register any unregistered land and sort title/rent roll queries.

      The Benefits:

      • Instant access to titles.
      • Instant access to uncharged properties.
      • Plans can be accessed instantly.
      • Ability to measure ground.
      • Visual understanding of estates and land owned.
      • Useful tool to gather information for reporting purposes.
      • Up-to-date information on what is owned.
      • Every member of staff can easily access title, leases and all other property information from desktop.
      • Complements your housing management system.


      N.B. as TIDEE is delivered through our core GIS platform, all customers would have automatic access to the various Grounds Maintenance/ Trees/ Reporting/ Measurement tools within the main site at no extra cost.
