      This is only required by those customers unable to log-in in the usual manner.

      Java Plug-in (PC)

      If you do not already have Java you will need to download a Java Plug-in.

      1. Go to this address: http://java.sun.com/products/archive/j2se/5.0/
        and download the JRE version.
      2. Accept Sun's Terms and Conditions.
      3. Save and install the Multilanguage Offline version (14.5Mb)

      Java Plug-in (MAC)

      You will need to make sure that Java JRE version 1.4.204 or later has been installed (usually installed and kept up-to-date automatically as part of the Macintosh system)

      If the mapping is slow to load or if it becomes necessary to continuously refresh in order to view you will need to add some parameters into the java plug in control panel. The version of parameters required is determined by the amount of Physical Memory on your machine:

      Copy and paste the relevant parameters - one line at a time (19 KB)
