The road map shows the peninsula’s mountainous terrain by relief shading. Place names are given both in Greek and Latin alphabets, Road network indicates unsurfaced roads and local tracks and shows driving distances on most routes. Large icons highlight numerous campsites, monasteries and archaeological sites, etc. The map has geographical coordinates. There is no index, but a separate booklet attached to the map cover has a description of the area and its main places of interest.

Over a third of the whole sheet is occupied by an indexed plan of the central district of Thessaloniki, including the historic Upper Town. Main street are shown with names in both Greek and Latin alphabets. Smaller streets, districts and names of all buildings, churches, museums, etc. are given only transliterated.
