The main map shows the road network with distances marked in kilometres and scenic routes indicated; railway lines are marked, as are airports. Very subtle shading and spot heights are used to denote topography. Points of interest such as beaches and their sports facilities, nature reserves and nightclubs are highlighted. The map index lines the bottom of the page.

The reverse of the map includes the street plans and their individual indexes; they show points of interest as well as local facilities. A map of southern Portugal at 1:2,000,000 shows the major road network as well as railway lines and ferry routes. Subtle shading and spot heights are again used to denote topography.

A table of driving distances is included, as is background and tourist information on the Algarve, the Costa de Estoril and Lisbon.
