Istanbul province at 1:170,000 in a series of regional maps from Mepmedya Yayinlari covering Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, its European part and the region around Ankara. The map is published in a handy double-sided format of 98 x 33cm when opened, easy to use when travelling.

The map highlights main road connections and includes local roads, although at times very difficult to see against the background colouring. Railway lines are shown with stations. The map is indexed and has no geographical coordinates. Map legend includes English.

Also provided is a basic street plan of central Istanbul, naming districts and main streets. More useful for the visitors to the city is the inclusion of the tram line connecting its historic part with Beyoglu, shown here with stops. Similar overview plans cover Kadiköy and Üsküdar districts in the Asian part of the city.
