A father and son who took part in the 'Crumball Rally' have successfully raised well over their target for charity.
Adrian Quick and his son’s participation in the race around Europe in an ‘old banger’ raised just over £5,300 in sponsorship, and they will be able to claim about £800 in Gift Aid. Stanfords also supplied the pair with maps.
The money will go to charity Facing the World, helping children from across the globe get the surgery they need to help them overcome their disfigurement.
If you’d like to donate to Facing the World, visit their site at www.facingtheworld.net. Or if you fancy taking part in the next Crumball Rally visit www.crumballrally.com.
