If you happen to be passing through Heathrow Terminal 5 you can see this 11’x8’ floral cartographic instillation by Larry Walshe that must smell amazing. It portrays the duty-free perfume-buying trends of travellers that amounts to 2.6 million bottles per year.

Bulgarian artist adds colour to Madrid’s crossings
This makes our monochrome zebra crossings look very dull. Christo Guelov’s Funnycross project has involved him painting colourful geometric patterns on 13 of Madrid’s pedestrian crossings. The project aims to draw the attention of drivers and pedestrians to the crossings rather than take them for granted as blending into the rest of the urban landscape.

Man lives in airport for 18 days with forged passport
Raejali Buntut fell asleep in a Changi airport lounge and missed his flight. Instead of owning up, he used image editing software on his laptop to forge 31 boarding passes and spent the next 18 days going from one premium lounge to the next. He eventually got caught and was jailed for two weeks.
