Our National Service Centre offers free telephone support between monday to friday 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m; the team are all fully trained in map production and provide outstanding support, especially for new users unfamiliar with this type of process. Established in 1853, we have a long-standing reputation for excellence.

The plans are available in monochrome or full colour and are supplied under Ordnance Survey's IBU (Internal Business Use) Licence. This enables customers to print as many copies as they require in the course of a year. After the year passes the map file must be deleted from all systems and any further copying is strictly prohibited unless you have a valid OS Paper Map Copying Licence.
