Delivery times

Generally speaking, customers ordering data products (TIFF/dxf) should receive their orders by email within 1 or 2 hours of receipt of the order unless the order arrives towards the end of the business day. Those customers ordering paper map products (pdf) should receive their orders in the post the following working day providing the order is placed before 3 p.m. Orders placed after this time are likely to be posted out the following day.

Our Service Centre is open from Monday to Friday 9 -6 p.m; we are closed on bank holidays. Any orders placed out of hours during the week will be dealt with as a priority on the following morning; any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday before midday.
