Travellers' Tales at Stanfords: How to take great travel photographs.
Travellers' Tales at Stanfords is the only series of its kind in the UK.
Each speaker in this series of events is asked to talk about the practical and creative issues in their work, and help the audience to explore how best to create travel stories and pictures and get them published.
Hosted at Stanfords in Covent Garden you'll meet the major names in travel writing and photography in a rare chance to hear and question today’s top professionals on whatever you want to know.
Unique to the series is that each talk is relevant to aspiring travel writers and photographers, followed by plenty of time for detailed practical questions from the audience. After which you can chat to the speaker over a glass or two of wine!
This talk is taken by Clare Jones, the bestselling BBC travel photographer, and she will reveal how to take great travel photographs.
These are intimate and inspiring events, offering a chance for you to meet the experts, learn from their experience, and ask your own questions. They are also a good chance to meet some of the people from Travellers' Tales, the training agency for travel writers and photographers, and see what they can do for you.
The series of talks start at 7.30pm and end at 9pm.
