A bright and attractive 121x91cm political wallmap - the larger of two versions - presented in the classic NGS style, with country borders picked out in different colours against a white background and grey hill-shading to indicate the general relief. Additional graphics show terrain types eg. salt lakes, lava fields, sand and swamp. Major towns and cities are shown and capital cities are distinguished. Other detail: airports, rivers, principal roads, railways and oil pipelines. No additional detail is shown compared with the smaller version, this is simply a larger reproduction.

Coverage includes the Mediterranean basin and Madagascar, and the map reaches as far north as London. Insets in the bottom left hand corner show maps of the neighbouring Atlantic and Indian Ocean islands and a small physical map of the continent. Latitude and longitude lines are drawn at 5° intervals.
