Coloured trekking map of the Annapurna massif and its circuit. The map uses the publisher's new, more modern style of cartography, with better use of colour to show the topography and clearer marking for roads and main trekking routes. Main settlements and places of interest are also easier to see.

Contour interval is 80 metres, with heights above sea level shown not only for the peaks and passes, but also for the villages along the main trekking routes, including the Annapurna circuit and the route to the South Annapurna Base Camp. The map shows places of interest and facilities such as hotels, campsites, health posts, etc. An index of localities also lists peaks, lakes and passes. Margin ticks show latitude and longitude in steps of 5'.

The same area is also shown on three other maps. No.27 - Pisang Peak comes with a detachable enlargement at 1:81,967 for the area around the peak and nearby villages. No.28 - Tilicho Hidden Lake has an enlargement at 1:75,000 for the top part of the Annapurna circuit between Jomosom and Manang, with trekking routes to the lake. No.34 - Panchase Trek has an enlargement for the area immediately west of Pokhara. All three maps have, however, the publishers' older style of cartography.
