The International BEDMAP Consortium produced this topographic map of the bed beneath the Antarctic ice sheet, using all known ice-thickness measurements, at a scale of 1:10,000,000.
The map contains information on how the ice-thickness model was generated; a key explaining the colour-coding and relevant thickness; a summary of ice-thickness data sources in the BEDMAP database; A 100km matrix reliability diagram indicating the reliability of the grounded ice sheet model. As well as this there is a detailed introduction to the map.
