Railways and subway lines and stations are marked and tourist attractions, notable buildings, shopping malls & hotels are shown. Further symbols depict post offices, police stations, hospitals, tourist information offices, bus terminals and river ferry docks. An inset shows the Forbidden City in greater detail.
On the other side is the road map at 1:100,0000 revealing the city and surroundings as far away as Luanping, Chicheng, Chongli, Xinbao'an, Gu'an, Baodi and Yuqio Reservoir. Railways and stations are marked, also the Great Wall, natural and cultural places of interest, temples, airports, mountain peaks, county and district boundaries.
