Basic cartography is the similar to that on the La Gomera Tour and Trail map: relief is portrayed by contours at 50m intervals, elevation tinting and spot heights and roads and paths are clearly marked. There is less emphasis on detail for walkers as this version omits the numbering of selected paths for cross-referencing to the Walk! La Gomera guidebook by the same publisher. Also there is no list of GPS waypoints on trails, but the UTM grid is overlaid on the map. Map detail includes various facilities and landmarks of interest eg. towers, churches, petrol stations, car parks, campsites, hotels & viewpoints. A UTM grid is drawn over the map and the index provides UTM coordinates for locations. On the reverse are indexed street plans of San Sebastian de la Gomera, Valle Gran Rey and Playa Santiago.
