Greece Road Atlas at 1:250,000 from Anavasi in a handy A5, paperback format with a UTM grid for GPS users, place names in both Greek and Latin alphabet, overprint showing petrol stations and places of interest, plus an extensive index.

The mapping, extending Anavasi’s popular road maps of the Peloponnese, shows nine different types of roads from toll highways to minor local roads in poor condition and indicates locations of petrol stations. The maps also show the rail network. Symbols highlight various places of interest including archaeological sites, Byzantine monuments, monasteries, ski resorts, etc.

The base map uses satellite imagery to show the country’s topography with names of mountain ranges, peaks, etc. The maps have a UTM grid plus marking for latitude and longitude. Extensive index lists all place names only in Greek alphabet.
