One of the titles in Michelin's series of regional touring maps, each covering an administrative region, with simplified cartography to offer an alternative to the publisher’s Local Series of maps for France.

Road classification includes an indication of the number of lanes, and restricted routes, steep gradients, height and load limits, and intermediate driving distances are marked. Railways and ferries are included. The maps use hill shading to show the relief, plus additional peak heights. Local administrative boundaries and national and regional parks are indicated.

Tourist information includes scenic routes and symbols for viewpoints, sport and recreational facilities, various landmarks, antiquities and sites of interest, etc. Latitude and longitude are shown by a grid in steps of 15'. Map legend includes English.

Each regional map includes a road distance chart, an index, and small street plans of selected town centres.

This title includes the following additional inset maps: plans of the Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports with a diagram of the public transport connection between them, a simple plan of the main streets of Paris, and a plan of the Marché d'Intérêt National de Paris-Rungis (M.I.N.).
