One of the titles in a series of touring and trekking maps of Chile and the neighbouring regions of Argentina. This title provides mapping of the southern part of Patagonia on both sides of the border, from Lago Argentino and El Calafate in the north to Puerto Natales in the south, including the southern part of the Los Glaciares National Park and Torres del Paine. Contours at intervals varying according to altitude, spot heights and colouring for glaciers indicate the topography. The map shows paved roads and dirt tracks, and some tourist information such as campsites, although far less than is suggested by the legend. Latitude and longitude margin ticks are at 12’ intervals. Map legend includes English.

On the reverse is a very nice satellite image of the whole area, street plans of Calafate and Puerto Natales, plus drawings and bilingual notes on the area.
