Covering European passenger railways from the Atlantic to Moscow and Ankara, this map names over 6,000 cities and towns, marks out high speed lines from scenic routes and shows passenger and rail ferries, as well as major tunnels, including the Channel Tunnel.
Mountain ranges, rivers, tourist areas and international airports are also clearly shown.
Scandinavia is shown as an inset at 1:6,000,000, whilst on the reverse Central Europe (Amsterdam /Berlin/Warsaw in the north and Avignon/Bologna/Belgrade in the south) is enlarged to 1:1,500,000 to present this area in greater detail, including special tourist railways such as the lines to Jungfrau Joch or Zermatt.
Another inset map shows where the Inter-Rail pass and Eurailpass are both valid and where only the Inter-Rail pass will allow you to board. Map legend is in English, Spanish, German and French.
