This map uses the same cartography and scale of the F&B 1:200,000 Road Maps of Austria series but the single-sided sheet is centred on the triangle between Salzburg, Munich and Innsbruck, representing an ideal companion for touring the region across the borders. The map indicates steep roads with gradient marks, and show traffic restrictions and seasonal closures on mountain roads. Tourist information includes scenic roads and special tourist sightseeing routes, places of interest, camping sites and youth hostels, etc. An overprint highlights the national network of the long-distance footpaths indicating, where appropriate, their European numbers.
