One of the Discovery Series by the Irish Ordnance Survey. These maps are ideal for recreational use (e.g. hill-walking). The maps are fully contoured (10m interval) and show spot heights. The legend includes transport and communications (including footpaths), rivers and lakes, plus woodland and other types of terrain. Features of interest to tourists like viewpoints, car parks, golf courses and campsites are clearly indicated. Each map shows the Irish Grid System at 1km intervals and has latitude and longitude ticks at 5' intervals in the margins.
