In the manner the original, the visually striking cartography is printed on paper gores that are hand-applied to the 32cm (13") sphere, like sections of orange peel, with great care and attention to detail. The Weber Costello 1921 is set on a graceful inclination mounting held atop of an ebonized rosewood base with nickel-plated brass fittings.
