Yes, there are 2 options for digital (emailable) mapping:

1.) Digital Tiff (raster) Picture Files:

OS Sitemap Tiff is available at A4 and A3 sizes (equivalent paper output).
OS Landplan Tiff can be customised; the minimum & maximum costs & coverage are shown in the table below:

• A4 Sitemap 1:500 Tiff image / email £15.00 + vat
• A4 Sitemap 1:1250 Tiff image / email £25.00 + vat
• A3 Sitemap 1:500 Tiff image / email £20.00 + vat
• A3 Sitemap 1:1250 Tiff image / email £40.00 + vat
• Minimum Landplan(1000 x 1000m) 1:10000 Tiff image / email £29.99 + vat
• Maximum Landplan(5000 x 5000m) 1:10000 Tiff image / email £101.99 + vat

2.) Digital DXF (vector) CAD files:

OS Sitemap dxf data files are designed for CAD use (there are two licensing options available with dxf data, see licensing FAQ’s). DXF mapping is derived from 1:1250 scale mapping in urban areas and 1:2500 in rural areas. OS Sitemap dxf can be produced as files at any size above the minimum ground coverage of 100 x 100m – quotes for customised areas can be obtained from our Service Centre Team and prices for standard sized areas are shown below:

• 100 x 100m IBU 12 months DXF file / email £22.50 + vat
• 100 x 100m PDB 12 months DXF file / email £24.00 + vat
• 200 x 200m IBU 12 months DXF file / email £37.50 + vat
• 200 x 200m PDB 12 months DXF file / email £40.00 + vat
• 500 x 500m IBU 12 months DXF file / email £205.50 + vat
• 500 x 500m PDB 12 months DXF file / email £220.00 + vat

Yes we can.

OS Sitemap is produced from the latest digital mapping and is accepted by Local Authorities for planning applications. The mapping is available in a variety of scales/extents and can be dispatched to you as paper copies in the post or as digital files by email.

Most Local Authorities require 1:1250 scale mapping, some at 1:500 scale & some request multiple scales. If multiple scales are required for your application, take advantage of our discounted Sitemap Pack that includes 1:500 and 1:1250 scale maps.

• Delivery / Dispatch –
  Would you like a paper or digital map to be delivered by post or email?

• Map Location Information –
  Full address & postcode of your map site centre. If your required site centre is not a property address, please provide as much detail as possible e.g. “Centre map on junction of High Street & Station Road” or provide us with a snapshot of mapping showing the site centre & extents required.

• Required Map Scale –
  Mapping can be produced at any scale from 1:200 – 1:10000, pre-defined paper size maps (A4 & A3) are available at 1:500, 1:1250 or 1:2500 scale.

• Your address details (postal and/or email):
  If we are emailing a map to you we still need your postal address details to issue your receipt to.

• Method of Payment:
  Either credit or debit card details (not Amex) or your Stanfords Account Number.
