OS Select allows you to make a fully customised site-centred map.
And you can even have your own photo on the cover!
We can print walking or touring Ordnance Survey maps with any location in Great Britain you want in the centre.
You can choose from Landranger or Explorer mapping and add your own title and choice of cover image or you can send us your own picture to have a truly customized cover.
The map is printed on a special waterproof, extremly durable paper which is 100% recyclable and it can be supplied folded or flat.
OS Select is now the only option available for acquiring 1:25K and 1:50K scale Ordnance Survey maps as flat sheets for wall mounting.
Mapping:
OS Select maps are based on Ordnance Survery’s most popular maps, OS Explorer Map and OS Landranger Map.
Both maps are ideal for planning days out, whether for a country walk or just to get to know an area better:
Landranger (1:50,000)
Accurate topographic maps suitable for touring, cycling or otherwise exploring an area.
Details feature all the highways and byways as well as many visitor attractions.
Coverage: 40km x 40km
Map size: 80cm x 80cm
Explorer (1:25,000)
The highly-detailed topographic maps favoured by walkers and off-road enthusiasts; these feature every town, village, and hamlet as well as roads, footpaths and rights of way.
Coverage: 20km x 20km
Map size: 80cm x 80cm

Complete and submit the OS Select online order form, then send us your photograph as an attachment in a separate email to makemaps@stanfords.co.uk.
N.B. The area on the map cover for the photo measures approximately 9.5cm x 9.5cm - your picture may have to be cropped or reduced to fit the available space. All photographs must be in jpeg file format.

OS Select maps are now printed on a special waterproof, extremly durable paper which is lightweight, 100% recyclable, and can be written on using a pencil or washable ink and then rubbed off.
Prices:
The maps are priced at £19.99 (either folded or flat). Maps with your own cover image are priced at £24.99.
