Warerproof and tear-resistant, detailed road and hiking map of Amorgos from a wide coverage of the Greek islands by the country’s leading cartographic publisher, Anavasi. The maps have a contoured base enhanced by relief shading and spot heights to give excellent presentation of each island’s topography. Most titles also carry information on landscape and vegetation, indicating woods, orchards, vineyards, etc. Road network includes gravel roads and tracks, and local footpaths are marked. Symbols highlight places of interest, including archaeological sites, churches and monasteries, beaches, campsites, etc. Most place names are given in both scripts. The maps have a UTM grid for GPS use and latitude/longitude margin ticks. Map legends include English.

The map of Amorgos has contours at 20m intervals and indicates landscape and vegetation on the island. Road network shows locations of petrol stations and tire repairs workshops. On the reverse a smaller satellite image of the island is overprinted with main hiking paths and brief notes and/or symbols highlighting main points along each route. A separate bilingual description is also provided for each path. Also included is a street plan of Chora indicating main places of interest in the town.
