Annually updated, indexed road atlas using cartography from Denmark's national survey organisation, Kort og Matrikelstyrelsen. Road detail includes secondary roads, minor roads and selected paths, and on motorways petrol stations and toilets are marked. Scenic routes are indicated and railways, ferries and airports are included. There is no general depiction of relief, although spot heights are included. Colours distinguish some terrain types eg. woods, heath, marsh and tidal flats, and nature reserves and shooting ranges are shown. Symbols depict various landmarks and tourist features, eg. masts, wind turbines, churches, castles, camp sites, hostels, harbours, viewpoints, tourism offices and sites of interest. Margin ticks show latitude and longitude at 20' intervals and a 10km UTM grid is drawn over the mapping.
An additional maps at 1:250,000 shows the Malmö region, and the Jutland-Germany border region. Indexed street plans at 1:15,000 show central Copenhagen, Aalborg, Århus, Esbjerg, Randers, Kolding, Vejle, Horsens, Roskilde, Naestved, Fredricia, Helsingor, Koge, Viborg, Holstebro and Odense. An extensive index lists over 11,000 place names, and there is a table of road distances, a general map of primary routes and a map of administrative regions and municipalities.
Map legend and the explanatory text includes English. The atlas folds in half and fits in a cardboard slipcase.
