Clear road detail, express ways, dual carriageways, narrow and un-surfaced roads are all marked. Symbols are used to show the location of various places of tourist interest such as temples, bird sanctuaries, beaches and golf courses. Industrial areas, mines, mangroves and rice fields are also marked. The map legend is in six different languages, including English and the map uses both Roman and Thai script for the place names, the index is also bilingual.
