Our Click & Collect service lets you order online at Stanfords.co.uk, collect in your chosen store for free the next day, then head off on your next adventure.
Step One
Shop
Found what you’re looking for? Great! Confirm the product you would like to purchase is available for Click and Collect at your desired shop by reviewing the Delivery & Collection Options towards the bottom of the product page. If it's available, add it to your basket and head for the checkout.
Step Two
CHOOSE CLICK & COLLECT
At the checkout, choose Click & Collect from the Delivery Options, select which store you will be collecting your items from and complete the checkout process.
Step Three
COME AND GET IT!
As soon as your order is ready for collection, (usually the next day) we’ll get in touch to let you know via email and SMS (if you provided a mobile number). Please do not arrive to collect your purchase before you have received your SMS or email.
Please note: your order is reserved at the store for 7 days. If you haven’t collected your order by then, we’ll assume you’ve changed your mind and will refund your account with the cost of the order.
