Dalmatia - Istria

Eastern Adriatic coast from Trieste and Istria to Dubrovnik and Montenegro presented at 1:250,000 on an indexed map from Gizi Map, with bold altitude colouring to show its topography, ferry connections, campsites, etc.

The map covers the coast of Croatia on two panels, extending south to Ulcinj to include most of the cost of Montenegro. Bold altitude colouring with numerous spot heights presents the topography both on the mainland and the islands. On the Adriatic itself many small islands often omitted on other maps are shown, with plenty of names bays, channels, lighthouses, etc.

Road network includes small local roads and selected country tracks, shows border crossings, and gives distances on main routes. Ferry connections indicate routes with car ferries. The map highlights various places of interest including national parks, UNESCO World Heritage sites and other historical locations, campsites, harbours and marinas, caves and natural sites, etc. Latitude and longitude lines are drawn on 10’ and 15’ respectively. The index is on the reverse. Map legend includes English.
