Florence TCI Street Plan

Florence on a light, waterproof and tear-resistant street plan from Touring Club Italiano, with the city’s historic heart shown at 1:6,500, plus a road map of the environs. Clear, elegant cartography and subtle colouring make TCI plans particularly easy to read.

The main plan at 1:12,500 covers Florence with its outer suburbs, from Fiesole in the north-east to Sandicci and Galluzzo in the south-west. Main traffic arteries across the city are highlighted. Churches and other important historic or municipal buildings are prominently coloured and named. Unusually for street plans, outside the main built-up areas the map has contour lines at 10m intervals, highlighting the topography of surrounding hills south and north-east of the city.

Florence’s historic centre, including the left bank of the Arno with the Boboli Gardens, is shown on a large inset at 1:6,500. Pedestrianized streets and square are clearly marked.
