Himare Hiking Trails Map/Guide

The region of Himarë in the south of Albania on the Ionian coast is rich of a history at the crossroads of the Roman and Ottoman empires, with a marked Greek influence. Nickname "La Riviera" it offers splendid landscapes of garrigues with a continuous view on the sea of ??azure. The guide includes a presentation of the city and its region, and highlights the assets of the city for hiking and trail. There are also more than 45 Guesthouse locations throughout the region. The most significant ones are shown on the map at 1:60 000 (1cm = 600m) which accompanies the guide. The itineraries are represented on the map where the legend includes the sites of special interests. For each course you will find a description, map, terrain profile, cumulative climb and descent, distance, approximate duration and difficulty rating.
