The Historic Route 66, “America’s Mother Road” from Chicago to Los Angeles, presented in detail on a waterproof and tear-resistant, double-sided map from the San Francisco-based Mad Maps. The map provides a general overview of the whole route and then presents it in more detail on four panels breaking it into five shorter stages and showing the route highlighted across the network of local roads and cross-referenced to the accompanying lists of roadside attractions, great outdoor sites and roadhouses.
