International Maritime Organization (IMO) is part of the United Nations and is responsible the safety and security of shipping and the prevention of marine and atmospheric pollution by ships.
IMO produces a variety of publications concerning safety, technology, cargo carrying and pollution prevention within maritime industries. These are available in both paper and digital formats, some titles have also been translated to different languages.
