Thethi - Kelmend - Northern Albania Hiking Map

Thethi and Kelmend, the northernmost part of Albania, on a double-sided, countoured, GPS compatible map from Huber Verlag overprinted with hiking routes. Excellent clear cartography provides an exceptional amount of topographic information, with contours at 20m intervals supplemented by subtle shading, graphic relief and numerous spot heights. Colouring and symbols indicate coniferous woods, deciduous forest and shrub.

Road network includes local country tracks and forest paths. The overprint highlights 17 recommended hiking trails, particularly around the highest, 2000m-plus peaks of this region, including a 2-day trail.

Topographic information continues across the border to Montenegro. The map has a 1km UTM grid, plus latitude and longitude margin ticks at intervals of 2’. Map legend includes English.

Also provided is a map of the whole of Albania showing main roads, railways and ports. Areas of ecological interest are highlighted and border crossings to the neighboring countries are marked.
