British Isles Physical Wall Map at 1:1,000,000 from the Ordnance Survey, size 93.5 x 104cm ( 3ft 1" x 3ft 5" approx), with a laminated surface which can be written on with suitable marker pens without damaging the map.

This map shows the British Isles, with all the major road, rail and sea connections. It is supplied flat, rolled in a tube and is ideal for schools, students or just for decoration. It includes an index of place names. This map is gloss coated, so can be written on with suitable dry-wipe pens.

The Stanford’s Map of South America is from a fascinating series of reproductions from our Edward Stanford Cartographic Collection archive. This reproduction of a map published in 1879 by the founder of our company, Edward Stanford. It was constructed in 1864 by Alexander Keith Johnston who was a geographer in Edinburgh for the Queen.

Bexley in the Stanfords Maps of London Boroughs (PRINT ON DEMAND/FLAT MAPS) is produced in-house by the digital department at our Long Acre store and has been designed by laying a bespoke, tailored borough map onto on a base map using Ordnance Survey Street View mapping. The borough area is represented by a colour map, with the surrounding area of neighbouring boroughs shown in greyscale background.
