Yorkshire Dales Cycle Way, 210km / 130 miles long circular route presented by Harvey Map Services at 1:100,000 on a light, waterproof and tear resistant, contoured map, with enlargements for the course of the route in the urban areas, plus additional tourist information.

The route, with alternative start/finish points in Ilkley or Skipton, is presented on one panel (but please note that the centre of the map inside the circuit of the route is blocked out by descriptions). Topography is indicated by contours at 75m intervals with additional altitude colouring, plus gradient markings on steep sections. Sections on main roads and points requiring particular care are clearly marked. The route is annotated with 1km markings for the whole circuit, plus with distances for its individual sections. Symbols indicate various facilities and places of interest, including campsites, youth hostels, bunkhouses and other accommodation, pubs and tea shops, food shops, banks, cycle hire and shops, etc. The map has the lines the British National Grid but without the coordinates.

Enlargements show the course of the route through Ilkley, Skipton, Settle, Ingleton, Hawes, Grassington and Bolton Bridge. The map includes a route profile and brief descriptions are provided for numerous locations along the route. Additional information includes phone numbers of youth hostels and cycle hire or shops.
